Phase 1: Core Setup

Complete these steps before posting jobs or actively hiring.

Dark Mode

HRGP includes a built-in Dark Mode that changes the interface to a darker color scheme. Dark Mode can reduce eye strain and make the platform easier to use in low-light environments.

Turning Dark Mode On or Off

Click the toggle switch in the top-right corner of HRGP to turn Dark Mode on or off. Your preference is saved automatically and will remain active the next time you log in.

When to Use Dark Mode

  • Working in low-light environments
  • Reducing screen glare
  • Minimizing eye fatigue during long sessions

After Phase 1 is complete, you're ready to post jobs and begin receiving applicants.

Phase 2: Optimize Your Hiring Process

These recommended steps help tailor HRGP to your workflow and ensure consistent, professional candidate communication. HRGP includes built-in workflows, templates, forms, and quizzes that are automatically added to your account and fully customizable.

Important to know:

  • New tools are added — never overwritten
  • Your customizations remain unchanged
  • You decide whether to use newly added tools
