Instant Video Calls
HRGP allows you to start instant video meetings with applicants directly from the platform. These meetings can be launched instantly without scheduling and allow you to quickly connect with candidates during the hiring process.
Video meetings can be launched from two locations: the Applicant Dashboard and the Texting Page.
From the Applicant Dashboard
- 1Go to ATS → Applicants.
- 2Locate the applicant you want to meet with.
- 3Click the Video Meeting icon next to the applicant.
- 4The meeting will open instantly and a meeting link can be shared with the candidate.
From the Texting Page
- 1Open the Texting page from the main menu.
- 2Select the conversation with the contact.
- 3Click the Video Meeting option.
- 4Share the generated meeting link with the recipient.
Quick Connect
Instant video meetings allow you to connect with candidates immediately without scheduling a separate meeting or leaving HRGP.
