Calendar
The Calendar page allows you to connect your external calendar, manage availability, and view scheduled interviews and events directly within HRGP.
This integration helps ensure interviews are scheduled accurately and prevents double-booking.
The Calendar page serves as your scheduling hub. It allows you to:
- Connect your Google or Outlook calendar
- Automatically sync interviews and events
- Manage your availability for scheduling
- View upcoming interviews by day, week, or month
Click Update Availability to control when candidates can schedule interviews.
Availability settings control:
- • Which days you are available
- • Time ranges for scheduling
- • Buffers between meetings
You can switch between different calendar views:
Month view
Overview of all scheduled events
Week view
Detailed weekly schedule
Day view
Focused view of a single day
Use the navigation controls to move between months or return to the current date.
Interview events appear directly on the calendar and typically include:
- • Candidate name
- • Interview type (e.g., Video Interview)
- • Date and time
These events are created automatically when candidates schedule interviews through HRGP.
Calendar events are synced automatically:
- • Updates in HRGP reflect on your connected calendar
- • Changes made in your external calendar are respected for availability
- • Removing calendar access will stop syncing
- Connect your calendar before inviting candidates to schedule interviews
- Review availability weekly
- Avoid manually booking over interview slots
- Use Week or Day view during heavy interview periods
- Confirm your calendar connection if interviews do not appear as expected
Only users with appropriate permissions can:
- • Connect or disconnect calendars
- • Update availability
- • Manage interview scheduling
The Calendar page helps keep your interview scheduling organized, accurate, and conflict-free by syncing HRGP with your existing calendar tools.
