User Profile
Your User Profile contains your personal information, account settings, and security options. Keep your profile up to date to ensure smooth communication and account access.
Profile Information
Your profile includes the following information:
- Name — Your full name as displayed to team members and candidates
- Email — Your login email and primary contact address
- Phone — Your contact phone number
- Job Title — Your role within your organization
Profile Photo
Adding a profile photo helps team members recognize you and adds a personal touch to candidate communications.
To update your photo:
- 1Click your profile icon in the top right corner
- 2Select Profile Settings
- 3Click on your current photo or the placeholder
- 4Upload a new image
Security Settings
Keep your account secure with these settings:
- Password — Change your password regularly for security
- Two-Factor Authentication — Add an extra layer of security to your account
- Session Management — View and manage active sessions
Notification Preferences
Control how and when you receive notifications from HRGP:
- Email notifications for new applicants
- Reminder notifications
- Team activity updates
- System announcements
Tip: Keep your email address up to date to ensure you receive important notifications and can recover your account if needed.
